Does the subwoofer need a separate power source?

Yes, the wireless subwoofer has its own power cable. Simply plug it in and it pairs automatically with the soundbar — no configuration needed. You can place the subwoofer anywhere within wireless range for optimal bass.

Does it need WiFi to work?

Internet is needed for cloud karaoke streaming. You can connect via WiFi, LAN cable, or mobile hotspot. The PRO also supports microSD for offline song playback. Even without internet, you can use Bluetooth audio or it as a soundbar.
